Who likes truffles...Scotch Bacon Truffles! Andy and I had a few dinners and parties to go to recently so we wanted to make a fun food item to bring. We decided on Scotch Bacon Truffles. Andy was gifted some very expensive Scotch from a coworker and he generously let me use some in these truffles. We created the recipe on the fly, as usual. The truffles didn't come out perfectly, but we had fun making them and filming this short film. Enjoy a piece of our chocolate world!
