About the Chocolatier

This little venture began as the passionate brain child of husband and wife team Andy and Ellie. Both having traveled the globe trying various confections decided to put their own skills to the test. The “test” started in 2009 and continues to happen. Now it is mostly Ellie who puts her chocolate skills to the test, while Andy is out saving the world with solar energy. Learning about chocolate is a grand adventure of both trials and errors. Ellie is not classroom trained on the art of chocolate, nor does she ever plan to be. Everything she knows has been learned first hand from experience and independent study. Her love of chocolate, passion for flavors, and desire to share it with everyone has allowed the ideas and the “testing” to flourish.
